At Govt. Graduate College for Women, Satellite Town, Jhang, a seminar was organized on the importance of food safety and nutrients on 4th October 2023. The event featured esteemed guests including Deputy Director Operations Mr. Yasir Mushtaq from the food authority and experienced nutritionists, aiming to raise awareness about healthy living. The members of the food authority elucidated their role in ensuring safe food supply, emphasizing their regulations and monitoring practices for food businesses. Subsequently, nutritionists delivered insightful presentations on healthy eating habits, covering topics such as green foods, carbohydrates, avoiding processed foods, and the significance of essential nutrients. They provided valuable guidance to the students, promoting a healthier lifestyle.
